ICIT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

ICIT conducted it’s first ever Alumni meet on 20th January 2019. ‘ICIT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION’ was formed. Dr. Vishwas Udpikar – Managing Director – WAVELET GROUP was the Chief Guest for the occasion. Prof. Pramod Kale – Director ICIT presided over the function. Hon’ble Dr. Nitin Karmalkar – Vice Chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University was the Special Guest for the Alumni Meet. Around 125+ Alumni of ICIT from 2001 to the 2018 batch, were present.

IoT & Embedded Systems

ICIT conducted a 2 Days Workshop on ‘IoT & Embedded Systems’ on 25th & 26th May, 2019. Faculties from various Engineering Colleges & Industry Officials attended the Workshop. Mr. Santosh Raktawan, M.D., Softdel Systems was Special Guest for the Workshop. Objective of the Workshop was to create awareness amongst participants about latest trends introduced in IoT & Embedded Systems, in the Industry.

Orientation Day

ICIT held the ‘Orientation Day’ for the August 2019 batch Students of Embedded System Design Course on 7th August 2019. Dr. A. D. Shaligram, Head, Department of Electronic Science And Dean Science & Technology, Savitribai Phule Pune University, was the Chief Guest & Prof. Pramod Kale Director ICIT, Dr. M.G.Takwale Director ICIT, & Dr. D.C.Gharpure, Department of Electronic Science, Savitribai Phule Pune University, were the dignitaries on the stage. All the Dignitaries emphasized on the point that there is a vast scope for the Embedded candidates in the Job Market & one should put in 100% efforts during 6 months of the Certificate Course, to secure a good Placement Offer.
